Interlocking pvc garage floor tiles, Home garage flooring in PVC tiles
Coin Garage Tile Floor is a smart choice for garages seeking industrial quality floorings that still look great. This 20x20 garage plastic interlock tiling provide a fresh new style and is easy to clean.
Cover your old cracked concrete with this modular PVC garage flooring. It has slightly raised coin patterned top surfaces that lessen the amount of scuffing from foot traffic and vehicles.
Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles
Each has four sides with interlocks that make installation a breeze. Create a whole new car parking area or simply lay out a safer walkway or island in the space by laying them down and interlocking the sides.
Install these on any hard flat surface indoors, although they’re primarily made to go over cements as are commonly found in garages. Avoid exposing them to regular sunlight, as they do not have a UV protection.
Glue them down where forklift traffic or heavy outdoor power equipment, such as a big riding tractor mower, will be making a turn on them. Without adhesive, they could shift out of place under the wheels of a heavy item.
Each part in this garage tile floor measures 4.5 mm in thickness (or about 0.18 inches). At 3.3 pounds per unit, one person can perform the installation alone.
Garage Tile Floor Mats
A garage floor mat can catch a certain amount of the moisture and mud before it tracks into the house. However, a mat only covers an extremely small area, meaning the soils may still find their way into the home.
By laying out these interlocking PVC garage floor tiles across the entire expanse of the concrete, the protection from muds and moistures will carry throughout. With the pattern of circles on the surface of this garage tile floor, it’ll catch the soils on shoes and boots, keeping them out of the house.
Sometimes, a commercial car dealer will want to create patterned floors that are perfect for displaying a show vehicle inside the showroom. The circle patterns on the surfaces keep customers safe from slipping as they’re visiting the showroom, even if the weather outside is snowy or rainy.
PVC Garage Tile Floors
A garage tile floor is a popular choice because it is able to be installed with very little effort. This is a DIY project that will not take long at all, especially compared to re-pouring cement or adding rubbery layers of coating in a liquid form. The majority of people can perform these installs on their own without the need for a professional installer.
Just snap the garage PVC flooring options together at the edges, using the interlock designs. They pop together with minimal effort, and they will connect quickly. After getting the hang of it after a few connections, the free flow of the install will go very fast.
The seams do not come apart, even if placed under the stress of a heavy vehicle. As long as the cement subflooring has a relatively flat layout, the parts will lay flat, meaning no seams will be out of alignment, which could yield a tripping hazard.
Start in one corner of the room and move outward from there. After reaching the far wall, simply cut them to fit in the remaining space using a straight edge and a sharp utility knife or a table saw. Cuts do not take very long. Leave a slight gap around the edges of the room to allow for expansion of the material during changes in temperature and humidity.
Should one section become damaged or should a return to the original cement subfloor be required, these high quality pieces will disassemble just as quickly as they assembled. Feel free to stack the parts of this garage tile floor when they are not in use, and they will be ready for the next installation.
FAQ Garage Tile Floor Q&A
What is the best garage tile floor?
Start with a tough material. PVC garage tiles deliver the durability required to stand up to the harsh conditions in this space. They’re tough enough to handle vehicles, wheeled power machines, or general tools, and they’ll continue to impress aesthetically far into the future.
What are the best floors for garages?
To avoid slipping hazards, consider garage floor coverings that have decent texture to them to deliver traction. If the area becomes wet from snow melt off cars or from rain tracked inside, people walking through could slip. A coin pattern is common on the surface, as is found with this product, but you also can select a diamond pattern, such as with our SupraTile Diamond Tiles product. The diamond plate will yield a grippy top layer, reducing the chances of slips. When seeking a great plastic tile on the market, textured top layers have a lot of advantages.
Are garage flooring tiles any good?
Absolutely. A residential garage tile floor has multiple advantages over bare cements. Some models will have resistance to oils, chemicals, and greases, making them perfect for areas where vehicles and power tools will be stored. They also will not allow mold and mildew to form, especially if they are exposed to moisture regularly.
What should I put on my garage floor?
Some will prefer a PVC flooring garage layout, as these plastics are durable and will look amazing for years to come. To save some money, consider a rubber garage flooring black puzzle design. These often measure 36x36, so a single person can handle them, and they interlock together.
How do you renovate a garage floor?
There are multiple options. Occasionally, people will choose to pour a liquid garage floor covering that flows across the concrete and places a thin rubbery layer over all the surfaces. Although this works for light duty situations, the coating may wear away when exposed to difficult conditions. Garage PVC tile flooring options are a better choice, as they deliver longer lasting protection, they’ll provide impressive results well into the future. They are easy to install, even if the original cements are not perfectly level.

Delray Beach, FL
My house was built in 1838 and the basement floor just would not hold paint well any more. This product was easy to install. I first put down DMX 1-STEP Unique Air Gap Underlayment that Prevents Mold and Mildew. I purchased that from Home Depot - the seam tape was included in each box. The only minor issue was that I found it hard sometimes to connect the corner tabs of the tiles as they would sink down due to the dimpled underlayment. That said, the tiles were easy to trim and install. My basement is now so much more usable and the floor is super easy to keep clean.
I used 224 interlocking Grey 20 x20 inch
I also did my stairs which came out perfect and I used the 20x20 and glued them down
Really liked the way everything blended in
used for tack room flooring upgrade in my horse trailer...so far - excellent!
