Home outdoor playground deck patio tiles, Interlocking wet area drainage tiles
Our StayLock perforated tiles are high quality options for a subfloor covering layout. This is a versatile wet surface perforated modular tile that’s a perfect solution for residential and small commercial projects.
Outdoor PVC Flooring
Our perforated tile has a greater level of durability than rubber deck tiles for sale offered by most retail chains. These are made from recycled PVC materials.
They work as indoor floor tiling options for showers, greenhouses, playrooms, and indoor industrial applications. This is rated for residential installs when used as outdoor floor tile.
Ours can be set on hard surfaces, as well as on dirts or grasses in limited use. Set them out on flat rooftops, as these are rubber roofing membrane safe.
Our rubber pavers have a 20 inch fall rating. It is a popular choice for a daycare area with playground structures.
These will allow water to flow through and drain away quickly. Customers can then spend more time outside after a rain.
StayLock perforated tiles measure 12 x 12 inches. These have a soft base, which is specifically designed for rooftops on rubberized membrane. They’re suitable for residential and light commercial use.
Additionally, it is highly versatile and suitable for many other uses. It offers both traction and comfort in wetness, such as rooftop decks, patios, spas, pools, a shower, or industrial locales. It is designed for outdoor tile sale design installations, though it can be used indoors, too.
One of the major benefits is its 20 in. rating for a fall. It yields safety for an area used by kids that can become wet, where slips and falls are common.
StayLock perforated tiles have 224 triangular shaped holes. This serves to reduce standing waters.
The raised base will allow air and moisture to freely circulate beneath. This promotes faster drying and prevents the growth of mold and mildew without anti fungal additive required.
Additionally, the edges of the base are rounded. This makes them safe for use directly on top of rubberized membranes for roofing. They won't puncture the membrane like others could.
It is comfortable against bare feet. And it is durable enough to support tables and lawn chairs with feet larger than 1.5 inches in diameter.
These have a soft structure. This means they are frequently used for living spaces, swimming pools, patios, greenhouses, and decks.
But it also serves another purpose. It helps to create a safe, comfortable environment where workers may be exposed to wetness. These deliver anti-fatigue benefits to workers spending hours standing.
It is naturally resistant to most oils and many acids, so it's suitable for a number of different work environments.
These can be cut to fit with a sharp knife. Optional borders and corners are available. This will allow creation of an island installation with finished edging.
The perforated black tiling is ideal for outdoors, because it will not fade. Understand that shade variations may be present with this product, even within the same dye lot.
Ours consist of recycled content material. They may even contribute to LEED points for green buildings.
If looking for something a little bit different, count on Greatmats. We are offering models in a designer look with several popular colors for play areas on hand.
If desired, custom order in virtually any color imaginable, including terra cotta. Please contact us for details. It can be made to be completely unique, as a customer might decide to create patterns with different colorings for additional distinction.
Because they have a rating from the ASTM for falls, they're especially workable for playgrounds. These are comfortable and can help to minimize injury from a fall.
They offer maximized traction. Custom colors are available, so customers can achieve the exact playground look that they desire. If expanding the playground space in the future, just order more to increase the dimensions. If seeking a great value, ours have a better price point.
Waterproof Pool Deck
StayLock perforated tiles will not separate over time and are an excellent choice for pool surrounds, hot tubs, and spas, which are areas that commonly are wet. Equipped with many holes, this perforated decking dissipates water quick and easy.
They will be offering increased traction to help prevent falls. While these are tough, they're also nice underfoot. For those sitting poolside frequently, the anti-fatigue capabilities that these offer are a significant benefit.
StayLock perforated tiles are an ideal option for rooftops. These are lightweight. There's no adhesive needed. Laying out these is a simple DIY project.
Because these are designed for maximized draining, there are no concerns about water remaining behind. This means people can enjoy the space promptly after it rains.
Ours make for an attractive finish. The dark coloring will not fade away, so they'll look great for years to come. They have protection from UV exposure.
This is sure to become a favorite gathering place, especially with the anti-fatigue properties. To turn the rooftop into a useable space or to revitalize existing spaces, use these as an affordable, practical option.
Easy to Install Black Deck Tiles
Flexible StayLock perforated tiles have rounded edges on the underside. This reduces the chance the edging of the perforated flooring will puncture roof membranes.
The perforated outdoor tiles sit on any flat surface as well. If ready to lay them out, no glue or adhesives are required. They have an active locking connector design for a long lasting, durable floor.
If installing these against a wall or another large object, we recommend leaving a 1/2-inch gap. This allows for expansion in the heat. Expansion is normal when they are installed outdoors and exposed to widely varying temperatures.
Heavy tables and chairs are not recommended to be permanently placed on top of these. They need to be able to shift as they expand and contract in changing temperatures. Consider carpeting for decks to hold heavy furniture.
To go around poles, doorways, or other obstacles, cut them with a utility knife and a straight edge. The design allows them to be easily separated, removed, or relocated if needed. They act almost like rubbery mats. With no adhesives used for assembly, disassembling them doesn't take a lot of effort.
Place them directly over the wood decking with no barrier layer between. As long as the wood is not rotted and can support the weight of people walking on it, they can be safely installed.
When trying to install them atop slightly uneven surfaces, our customers have success. The plastic decking will conform to match the contours. Rubberized mats also have this ability.
They will have success with slight differences in the grade. Dry lay them on almost any locale, including carpeting and even turf and dirt.
Start in one corner of the area. Leave the loops facing out into the room. Save room for the slight gap for expansion. Then work across.
Line up the next and press the nubs on the edge down onto the loops of the first one until they snap together. Repeat the process, building it outward into the room, keeping the loops outward.
To finish the edging, use the optional border ramps. As the installation moves along, just resize them to fit against walls and other objects.
Use a sturdy edge and a knife with a fresh blade to size them properly. To cut it, make repeated, shallow scores until penetrating through the entire thickness.
Ramped border edges are available in both black and yellow. They are ideal for island installations. They make for a safer, smoother transition onto and off of it. These are sold separately.
These are quickly cleanable, allowing people to spend additional time enjoying it. Damp mop using common household floorings cleaners. Avoid using bleach on these.

Easy to install...put down mats very quickly and easily. Looks very nice on outdoor deck.
I used Greatmats on an outside GaGa Put and they worked very well. Great product.

Oklahoma City, OK
Building a playhouse for my granddaughter and needed an outside base to put it on that was soft enough for a toddlers falls but durable enough for Ohio weather. So I contacted Greatmats Chat. They recommend the Staylock tiles. Ordered 36 sq ft in light gray. They arrived three days later. Assembling them was not only easy but fun (think bubble wrap snapping).
They looked so great I thought I needed to expand the base and put in the borders. So back to chat for advice. They frankly told me that the next lot of light gray might be a shade different. Taking that advice I ordereded the black tiles with the borders. Just got them today and have half set up. Beautiful! Great company to deal with.
Perfect solution for a small balcony over roofing. Formerly had a heavy wooden pallet which was difficult to move. This looks good, was simple to install and can easily be removed for cleaning when it becomes necessary.
The installed tile is AWESOME! The students are going bonkers in the Gaga ball pits today!
This product installed easily on landscape fabric for a swing set / slide in my backyard for my sons to play on. The tiles were easy to snap together using a board and a rubber mallet. Some of the tiles snapped with hand pressure, but some of the interlocking pieces were a little bit cold and the rubber mallet got them to go through the rectangular slots. The pieces were a little cold when they came right out of the box, but everything warmed up and became more pliable pretty quickly in the sunlight of a 60 degree day.The tiles are pretty soft to fall on
Great product. works well on our rubber roof with our raised garden. will be purchasing more for the next garden soon.
WILLOW STREET, PA
I am very satisfied with the Greatmats product. As advertised, the product was shipped timely and lived up to the specifications described. I purchased approximately 100 of the square foot tiles plus the corresponding corner and border tiles. The flooring was installed on my second floor outdoor porch above a roofing membrane flooring. The interlocking edges and the relatively flat surface that I was installing the product made it easy to install. Prior to purchasing the product I had some reservations as to how difficult it would be to cut some of my edge tiles, however with a pair of large sharp scissors I found the tiles were able to get cut easily. It took me about three hours to complete the entire installation. The product has been in place for about a month and I am very happy with the finished product.
Perfect solution to incorporate a mulch-free zone for our toddlers on the playground. Tiles are flexible and stay put when locked together. Installation was quick and easy. We added the border edge for a finished look and smooth the transition.
The Great Mat product we purchased is great. The middle school students truly enjoy playing monkey ball with the new and safer surface. It is also more clean. Students are no longer getting dirt on their pants and possible holes due to the dirt in the pit before. We thank you for your product and your great service!
ST CROIX FALLS, WI
Great product. Just the thing I was looking for to put over a rubber roof deck to protect it.
These seem good. I'll know more as time goes by.
First, they are more ''rubbery'' than I had envisioned. That's probably good for absorbing impacts, but I'm not sure how well they'll distribute weight placed upon them. If you put furniture on these, make sure they have broad footprint to the legs/feet don't press through a weak point in the tiles. (The little 1'' X squares in the tiles feel a little weak.) And don't walk on them wearing heels. ;-) They are also a lot harder to interlock than the video makes it seem. You have to work them into the slots, which takes times and effort. I ended up using a screwdriver handle as a way to apply hard pressure exactly where I needed it. I did a lot of research, and these seem to be a good choice. I'm glad I got them.
My wife and I were a little skeptical of the price point, but when these mats arrived we were surprised by the quality, weight, and thickness. The mats arrived in good condition, even though we’ve had issues in the past with other companies sending us boxes this big and heavy. Assembly was a little tedious, but we hit our stride once we started using a mallet to get the mats to snap together. We’d recommend watching a YouTube video about how to install before just trying to do it yourself. Overall, a positive experience. We’re glad to have this in place to protect our newly remodeled balcony and the rubber membrane that protects it. These mats are a relatively small investment to make sure we get years of use from our balcony.
Although the product is great and fulfilled the need I had - I was disappointed in GreatMat's customer service and shipping policy. I purchased the original order in October of last year. As it arrived just prior to winter setting in here in the northeast - I stored the boxed GreatMat items until spring when I proceeded to install the flooring over the 2nd floor balcony rubber roof. When I got to the end of the installation I realized I had been shorted 2 tiles. I had accurately measured and ordered and was shorted in the shipment. I emailed your customer service May 3rd with pictures explaining and had to reorder and repay for the missing 2 tiles again with expensive shipping charges. I did not appreciate this lack of accomodation of the customer.
I am more than pleased with this product. I purchased 1200 tiles for several thousand dollars. I was more than nervous about making such a large investment in a product via an online transaction and bought one case of tiles before sinking the big pucks. The project turned out . . . Fabulous! These perforated tiles were the perfect solution to our dilemma; proving a surface covering a slightly sloping roof above our rec. room and garage that also serves as a deck and entry to our 2nd story. The perforations allow for water drainage through a system much like a shower pan and provide a wonderful surface for walking and light activities. The tiles add to the clean look of our cable railing and look of our home.
The 12'' tiles seem to be far and above the very best product for our application They were easy to install and Eric with Greatmats was thorough and complete in explaining the need for expansion joints to allow for expansion and contraction with temperature change. He answered all my concerns conveyed through several phone conversations and emails thus eliminating the chance for disappointment. They have been installed now for about a month and if they hold up as described . . I am going to remain a happy customer.
Seems to work quite well. We installed on top of wood chips, which made it very soft without getting wood chips stuck in your bare feet. Only drawback is that it does get quite hot in direct sunlight. At least the solid black mats do.
What is the best tool for cutting tiles?
I live in Arizona. I. Want to put these a over concrete patio. How long will they hold up under the Arizona sun?

what is the fall height for this product, I understand that it meets the ASTM 1292 rating, but is there an actual number like 5' or something?
